Our products are custom-made just for you as soon as you place an order. We partner with a global network of third-party print providers through Printify to handle the manufacturing and shipping of your items. This approach allows us to offer unique designs without holding excess inventory, which is better for the environment.
Please review our shipping policy details below:

1. Order Processing & Production Time
All orders go through a production phase before they are shipped.
  • Production Time: The average production time is 2–7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after your order is placed.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left the print provider's facility.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) is selected by the print provider to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the specific product, total order size, and destination. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping via the Standard method.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–30 business days (varies by destination).
  • International Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout and vary significantly depending on the destination and item weight. The cost for the first item is significantly higher than for additional items in the same order.
  • Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs office for specific information regarding fees before placing your order.

4. Multiple Items in a Single Order (Split Shipping)
If your order contains multiple products, they may be manufactured by different print providers and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Shipping costs for additional items are automatically discounted.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Unclaimed Packages
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or is unclaimed at the local post office/customs, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout.
